The Spurs proving again why they're the Spurs.

Most of the attention this draft was toward the #1 pick of the LA Clippers power forward Blake Griffin and Ricky Rubio's indecision on whether or not to play in America this year, somehow the Spurs were able to steal the draft with no 1st round picks and with no one noticing and that's exactly how they like it.
1)Richard Jefferson was acquired from the bucks for 3 salary dumps and the spurs might be able to get Bowen back for nothing.
2) Dejuan Blair was their first pick who dropped down to the 2nd round because there are questions about the durability of his knees, but he is an absolute beast in the paint as demonstrated by his domination of #2 pick Thabeet and looks to be competing for a starting job right away along side Tim Duncan.
3) Jack McClinton was another second round pick who is a dead eye fearless shooter out of Miami who will be able to come in off of the bench to give the Spurs some instant offense.
4) Nando De Colo was their last pick. He is a point guard out of France but that is were the similarities with Tony Parker end. He's not as quick as Parker (who is?) but he is an amazing passer and has a great feel for the game and should be a solid backup and great change of pace for Parker.
This isn't the first time the Spurs stole some lottery talent with non lottery picks (Parker, Ginobli) and they continue to be the envy of the league for good reason.
