Tim Lincecum's performance enhancing drug.

In news that will surprise absolutely no one San Francisco Giants Cy Young award winning pitcher was pulled over in Washington for speeding, the highway patrolman smelled marijuana. Lincecum handed over the 3.3 grams of pot he had and his pipe. Lincecum was charged with a misdemeanor for possession and was cited for speeding.

Lincecum was on I-5 and was pulled over in the town of Hazel WA which is about four miles north of the Oregon border.

Lincecum was driving his 2006 Mercedes Benz and is looking at potential fines of up to $622 which will actually hurt the Cy Young winner because for some reason the Giants haven't backed up the money truck to sign this guy to a long term deal (he earned $650,000 this season). Which also might justify why the best pitcher in the game is driving a car that's four years old.

What does make sense to me now is how well Lincecum has been able to handle pitching his heart out for the offensively anemic Giants.
